1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Schedule Your Jobs ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

Schedule Your Jobs is a web-based job scheduling and business management tool designed for tradespeople, contractors, and service professionals. The Service allows users to track jobs, appointments, customers, subcontractors, payments, and tasks.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors outside our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from Service downtime or interruption.

9. Intellectual Property

All aspects of the Service, including its design, code, branding, and content (excluding your data), are owned by or licensed to Schedule Your Jobs and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. 10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCHEDULE MY JOBS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Schedule Your Jobs and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate your use of the Service at any time. You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
